Job Description

Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking an FX Sales Dealer to join their Frankfurt office. The role involves providing expert advice and strategies to corporate clients, helping them navigate international business and minimize FX risk. The FX Dealer will contribute to Ebury's growth through independent research and targeted campaigns.

Role Involves:

  • Servicing a portfolio of corporate clients with FX hedging, lending, & cash management products.
  • Executing FX trades (SPOT, FWD, NDF, etc.) with multiple liquidity providers.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to assist in business origination.
  • Understanding client's business environments and strategies.
  • Delivering on dealer-specific KPIs.
  • Building & maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Expanding existing business and providing feedback to technology and product managers.
  • Originate new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals.

Requirements:

  • Strong Financial Services sales experience.
  • Contacts network would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working in a commercial bank selling to SME's.
  • Alternatively, relevant experience in an environment different to a bank desirable.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements.
  • Fluent German and have a professional level of English.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • First-class communication skills.
  • Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Quick learner especially on system; strong analytical skills.
