Responsibilities:

• Leading a sales team in developing prospects through coaching and mentoring.
• Pitching and closing deals with potential clients via phone and in-person meetings.
• Managing customer relationships for new clients to ensure seamless onboarding and initial transactions.
• Providing accurate sales volume forecasts.
• Implementing regional sales programs and training plans.
• Ensuring compliance with company-wide sales methodologies and processes.
• Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements:

• A proven track record of individual success in FX Sales.
• Sales management experience within FX or cross-border financial services.
• Experience in the Australian market is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop others.
• Business fluency in English.
