Ebury is seeking a Strategy and M&A Analyst to join its team in Madrid. This role involves shaping the company's strategic direction, conducting market research, and supporting M&A activities. The position is hybrid, requiring 4 days a week in the office and 1 day working from home.
The role involves:
- Shaping and executing the strategic direction for Ebury
- Performing deep market analysis and summarising insights
- Conducting financial modelling to evaluate potential investments
- Contributing to the M&A lifecycle
- Assisting in monitoring strategic initiatives through KPI tracking
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, VC, or strategy consulting
- Proven ability to conduct financial modelling and analysis
- Understanding of market dynamics, valuation, and industry trends
- Interest in Fintech in Emerging Markets
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
