Blacklane, a dynamic marketplace scale-up founded in Berlin, is seeking a highly motivated Referendar*in (Wahlstation) to join their Legal Team at their Berlin Schöneberg headquarters. The candidate will support the Syndikusrechtsanwälte during their Wahlstation for three months, gaining insights into the daily work of an in-house counsel in a globally operating company.
Role Involves:
- Supporting the Legal Team in various legal matters.
- Reviewing and drafting contracts in the commercial area.
- Supporting compliance, data protection, intellectual property, and competition law.
- Creating corporate documents and assisting with "Corporate Housekeeping".
- Conducting legal research and preparing for meetings and negotiations.
Requirements:
- Above-average first state examination.
- Very good English skills.
- Ideally, initial knowledge in corporate and labor law and interest in compliance, data protection, and contract law.
- Enjoy working with colleagues from different departments and cultural backgrounds.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
