Coursera is seeking a Senior Manager of Account Management - Scaled to lead its "Scaled" segment in NAMER and LATAM. This role involves refining and executing the vision for this group of customers, managing a team of Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers.
The Senior Manager will report to the Global Head of Customer Success Management and contributes to renewals, expansion, and customer outcomes. The role requires sales and customer success leadership, strategy development, and go-to-market execution in North America, LATAM, and MEA.
The candidate will work with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Product, Finance, Support Operations, and Legal teams and drive hiring, development, and retention.
