DevOps Lead

Job Description

Loka is seeking a DevOps Lead to deploy, secure, and maintain robust applications in production environments, mainly AWS. The ideal candidate will not only apply their technical skills but also take a leadership role in contributing positively to Loka’s unique culture.

This role involves:

• Building and designing cloud infrastructure (mainly AWS).
• Leading technical projects from architecture to implementation.
• Orchestrating containers with Kubernetes.
• Automating operations and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensuring security compliance.
• Assessing change implementation options and risks.
• Leading and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years DevOps experience, 3+ years managing a team
• Serverless compute, scripting, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes experience
• GitOps, CI/CD tools, AWS CDK/Terraform/CDKTF
• NodeJS, TypeScript, Python, database administration (a plus)
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• Client interaction, team skills
• Autonomy, adaptability, positivity
• Excellent English
