Job Description
Loka is seeking an Associate Sales Lead with a background in software engineering or cloud account management. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping businesses succeed by advising on technical solutions and diagnosing cloud architecture challenges. This role is crucial for nurturing and closing high-value clients, assisting in the end-to-end sales process, and building strong relationships with AWS stakeholders. The candidate will collaborate with the engineering team, represent Loka at industry events, and ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:
  • Working with Loka Sales Leads to nurture and close high-value clients.
  • Assisting in the sales process from start to finish.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders at AWS virtually and in person.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to define project scopes.
  • Representing the company at industry events.
  • Working closely with sales leads, engineers, and project managers.

Requirements include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of technical experience in a related field.
  • Customer-facing experience within the technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the month.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
