Associate Sales Lead

Job Description

Loka is seeking an Associate Sales Lead with a background in software engineering or cloud account management to help businesses succeed through technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for diagnosing cloud architecture challenges and thrive in a team-driven environment. As an AWS Generative AI Partner, Loka offers a platform to leverage expertise and contribute to innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Loka Sales Leads to nurture and close high-value clients.
• Assist in the end-to-end sales process from introduction to signature.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders at AWS virtually and in person.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to define project scopes and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Represent Loka at industry events and conferences.
• Work closely with sales leads, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of technical experience in engineering, AI/ML, data science, product management, solution architecture, sales engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably within the technology sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage diverse projects and customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the month.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
