Cumberland, the cryptoasset arm of DRW, seeks a Business Development Manager to expand its token liquidity provision business. The role is geographically flexible, with a preference for London, Amsterdam, or Singapore. The Business Development Manager will source deal-flow, understand the crypto ecosystem, manage projects from start to finish, negotiate agreements, and represent Cumberland at industry events.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing deal-flow from new and existing protocols.
  • Understanding the crypto ecosystem globally and developing a network of crypto-native partners.
  • Taking ownership of the entire project lifecycle.
  • Working with the trading team to design and negotiate agreements.
  • Representing Cumberland’s brand at industry events.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Sales or Business Development experience within the crypto industry.
  • Proven track record in liquidity provision preferred.
  • High sense of urgency and self-motivation.
  • Proven team-player with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Well organized and ability to multitask.
  • Initiative and experience in independently driving projects to completion.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
