Noora Health is seeking a Learning & Sharing Manager to support and manage the design, implementation, and operation of new knowledge management systems for the entire organization. This role involves managing program feedback collection processes across India, Bangladesh, and Indonesia, as well as analyzing behavior change literature and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data. The Learning & Sharing Manager will partner with various functional teams to adapt theories and develop frameworks for behavior change.
- Designing and implementing knowledge management systems.

- 5-7 years of experience in behavior change initiatives
- Familiarity with document management tools (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.)
- Experience working with an NGO or relevant institution
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills in English
- Proficiency in Bangla and English
- Outstanding communication skills
