Noora Health is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to support the M&E team in implementing monitoring and evaluation activities for the Care Companion Program (CCP) in Indonesia. This is for Yayasan Noora Health Indonesia (YNHI). The M&E Manager will assist in data collection, management, and reporting to ensure the program's effectiveness.
Responsibilities: - Monitor CCP progress and communicate gaps.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management, maintaining data quality.
- Manage large-scale data from healthcare facilities, assist in data analysis for program performance.
- Conduct data extraction, analysis, and reporting using visualization tools.
- Support preparation of monitoring reports and presentations.
- Establish a mechanism and periodically share generated data with relevant teams.
- Responsible for reporting according to the developed monitoring system.
- Collaborate with program teams to gather necessary information for monitoring and evaluation.
- Periodically assess the project with ongoing monitoring of key project outcomes, outputs, and activities.
- Streamline data collection processes from Survey CTO, especially when it comes to CCP quality assessment tools.
- Provide administrative support to the Monitoring and Evaluation Team.
- Participate in training sessions on monitoring and evaluation methodologies and tools.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, data management, and analysis.
- Understanding of M&E concepts and methodologies; work experience in public health projects preferred.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.).
- Experience in managing a team.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
