Noora Health is seeking an IT Associate to join their team. Noora Health's mission is to improve outcomes and strengthen health systems by equipping family caregivers with the skills they need to care for their loved ones. The IT Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure in Bangladesh. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting Laptops and Hardware
- IT Inventory Management
- Warranty and Maintenance Tracking
- Assist Admin to procure IT related items
- Support for Office Staff
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of IT, such as troubleshooting laptops and software.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic business applications.
- Good communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly.
- 1-2 years experience in IT support.
- Experience with managing IT inventory and working with vendors.
