Noora Health is seeking a Field Officer in Bangladesh to help implement and manage the Care Companion Program (CCP) at partner hospitals. Noora Health aims to improve healthcare outcomes by training family caregivers. The Field Officer will play a crucial role in managing the engagement of the Care Companion Program with partners.
The Field Officer will be responsible for end-to-end operations at identified hospital partners, supporting Program Manager/Lead Trainers in program implementation and maintenance. They will be the primary coordinator for a set of public hospitals, requiring people management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The Field Officer will attend review meetings at hospital and district levels, coordinate with government stakeholders, and monitor the CCP's quantitative and qualitative performance.
The role involves supporting training of trainer activities, implementing experimental design activities, and gathering feedback to support operations and content decisions.
