Program Manager at Noora Health

Noora Health is seeking a Program Manager to expand its program across Bangladesh. The Program Manager will be responsible for program roll-out and implementation, daily program operations and management, support program design, maintain relationships with partners, implement program monitoring and evaluation, and overall local ownership of Noora’s operations.

The role involves implementing interventions, addressing gaps in patient education, and ensuring high-quality patient engagement. The Program Manager will manage program operations, client communications, and public relationships with stakeholders. They will also conduct quantitative and qualitative monitoring, iterate on the curriculum, and implement training workshops.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations of Noora programs
• Manage client/partner communications and public relationships
• Collect data and outputs for assigned hospitals
• Conduct and supervise class quality audits
• Plan and implement training workshops
• Support Trainees in delivering health education modules

Requirements:

• Able to live and work in the assigned post full time
• Fluent in professional (written and spoken) Bangla and English
• Healthcare or management background preferred (MPH, MHA, MBA, MBBS, BDS, BPT, B.Sc. Nursing)
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
