The position requires adaptability to new technologies, proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and strong communication and team management skills.

Role Involves:

• Overseeing people management tasks.
• Developing and managing team shift plans.
• Taking ownership of condition areas.
• Planning, coordinating, and delivering medical and technical training.
• Reviewing and refining medical responses.
• Designing and implementing new message flows.
• Maintaining and managing documentation.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Collaborating with district coordinators and field officers.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in the medical field.
• Background in medicine or public health preferred.
• People management experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Experience working with an NGO.
• Strong English document and report writing skills.
• Proficiency with Android phones, laptops, web browsers, and Gmail.
