Computational Biologist

The company is seeking a Computational Biologist to join their team. The role focuses on building computational platforms and algorithms for analyzing single-cell data. The candidate will collaborate with computational and experimental teams to provide insights for model construction and experimental design.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing computational methods to process single-cell genomics data.
• Analyzing internal sequencing data to extract insights.

Requirements include:

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biology, or a related field, or MS with 3+ years of experience.

• Programming abilities in R, Python, and BASH.
• Experience working in a Linux-based environment.
• Ability to produce high-quality code.
