Tenstorrent is seeking a Staff Field Application Engineer to be the primary technical contact for customers, focusing on AI/ML software solutions. The role involves working closely with application developers and providing expert guidance.

This is a hybrid position located in Belgrade, Serbia. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and business development, to ensure customer success and contribute to the advancement of AI software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, providing guidance and support in implementing AI/ML software solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design and architect solutions for various AI use cases, focusing on Generative AI and LLM applications.
  • Deploy applications on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance AI/ML software offerings.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of AI/ML software solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in AI/ML technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect, with a focus on AI/ML software.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python, with knowledge of C++.
  • Understanding of AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, with expertise in Generative AI and LLM applications.
  • Experience in deploying, training, and fine-tuning AI models.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for innovation and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
