Tenstorrent is seeking a Principal Reliability Engineer to drive and execute reliability testing for their products. This hybrid role, based out of Toronto, Austin, Santa Clara, Ft Collins or Boston, involves designing and executing innovative plans to assess and improve product reliability, field performance, and robustness. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate design-for-reliability concepts in early design phases and evaluate product reliability for different market segments.Responsibilities include:
  • Designing statistical reliability models.
  • Defining mission profiles.
  • Designing and executing reliability and accelerated life testing.
  • Implementing design-for-reliability in early design stages.
  • Ensuring product adherence to industry standards.
  • Applying reliability expertise to aid in root-causing field failures.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in reliability engineering in the semiconductor industry.
  • Expertise in silicon/package/PCBA accelerated life modelling and testing.
  • Familiarity with reliability test suites.
  • Experience in modelling lifetime and planning for accelerated life testing.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
