Tenstorrent is seeking a Developer Experience Engineer to enhance developer workflows, streamline processes, and ensure seamless integration and usability of their tools and platforms. The role is based in Belgrade, Serbia, and is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain reliable testing frameworks and automation tools.
  • Oversee integration and compatibility of upstream open-source changes.
  • Design and optimize CI/CD workflows.
  • Create dashboards and automated reporting tools to track metrics.
  • Automate task management, issue tracking, and pull request workflows.
  • Support scalable infrastructure, create onboarding materials, and improve tools.
  • Coordinate release cycles, automate QA workflows, and ensure robust validation processes.
  • Automate tracking and updates for dependencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in release engineering, software development, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of release processes, including CI/CD pipelines, versioning strategies, and release branching models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
