Tenstorrent is seeking a People Operation Coordinator to join their HR team, supporting the APAC region. This hybrid role involves essential HR activities, requiring a detail-oriented and proactive individual eager to develop their HR career. The role is based out of either Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore or Australia.Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing requirements.
  • Coordinating interviews and collecting feedback.
  • Facilitating the pre-onboarding process, including HRIS updates and visa application support.
  • Acting as a point of contact for candidate queries, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and suggesting updates.
  • Supporting the local HR lead as required.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of HR/Recruiting experience, with experience working on a distributed or global team effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Open to hybrid work arrangements, with in-office presence ~3 days per week and minimal travel.
