The Associate Key Account Manager role at aCommerce is crucial for meeting evolving consumer demands in the Philippines. This role involves serving as an extension of the clients’ businesses, focusing on managing and executing e-commerce strategies in social commerce on their behalf. The individual collaborates with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless end-to-end service execution, stay updated of client industry developments, market trends and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing overall account profitability and ensuring successful client onboarding.
  • Maximizing GMV through collaboration with clients and channels.
  • Coordinating with internal and external parties to resolve business issues.
  • Building strong client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Advising clients on strategies to increase online sales and managing e-commerce sales growth.
  • Providing analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of working experience in an e-commerce company, internet start-up, or international brand.
  • Previous experience in social commerce, online media, or marketing.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and adaptability to new software.
  • Superior communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • Proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong commercial and client-facing abilities.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
