This role involves managing promotional campaigns, ensuring smooth operations, and serving as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining a consistent social media presence. The Key Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and keep up with industry trends to understand client needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing account profitability and customer budgets
  • Ensuring optimal product presentation and visibility online
  • Coordinating with internal and external parties
  • Advising and executing social commerce strategies
  • Building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
  • Managing inventory and providing analysis to stakeholders
  • Working on contract management and business development

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, internet start-ups, or international brands (FMCG, retailer, consulting)
  • Experience in social commerce and online media is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Strong commercial and client-facing abilities
  • Ability to lead projects and coach team members
