aCommerce is seeking a Marketing Planning & Strategy Specialist to join their team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role offers the opportunity to grow client businesses and embark on an e-commerce digital marketing journey. The successful candidate will gain exposure to the complete e-commerce business landscape, including digital marketing media optimization and strategies to drive sales.

The Marketing Planning & Strategy Specialist will be integral to client success, responsible for overall client performance and satisfaction. This involves facilitating client roadmaps, conducting competitive analysis, performing digital marketing funnel analysis, and managing client expectations. The role also requires close monitoring of budgets, performance metrics, and collaboration with the media optimization team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be part the of the client’s success team, responsible for overall client performance and satisfaction
  • Facilitate client roadmaps based on their objectives, backed by data or industry best practices
  • Perform competitive analysis and product research to help successfully the client’s online store
  • Perform digital marketing funnel analysis
  • Execute the work process in order to get tasks completed with good quality and in time
  • Manage client expectations by clearly indicating deadlines and scope of work
  • Monitor budget, performance, and key metrics closely throughout the month
  • Work with media optimization team to execute plans to meet budget, targets and deadlines
  • Provide performance reports by data and analyses, demonstrating deep understanding of each media channel and areas that clients need help in (ecommerce, lead generation or branding)
  • Initiate ways to improve client performance and team efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Understand fundamental knowledge of Google Analytics as well as online marketing channels
  • Analytical, able to work with data and analyze it to find insights and come up with next steps
  • Strong organization and problem solving skills with the ability to lead, manage and execute multiple projects quickly and efficiently
  • Good communication and presentation skill, able to keep every stakeholder aligned and updated
  • Proactive, with the ability to work well independently and as a team
  • Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Experience in ecommerce or managing own shops is a big plus (no need to be an ecommerce site – Instagram, Facebook or any other shops are fine)
