The person will plan client roadmaps, set up work processes, manage client expectations, monitor budget and performance, and provide performance reports.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning client roadmaps based on objectives.
  • Setting up work processes for task completion.
  • Managing client expectations regarding deadlines and scope.
  • Monitoring budget, performance, and key metrics.
  • Providing performance reports with data analysis.
  • Improving client performance and team efficiency.
  • Consulting and growing client’s businesses through data-driven strategies.
  • Identifying new opportunities to upsell aCommerce services.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in client-facing or consulting roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and online marketing media channels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • E-commerce experience is a plus.
