aCommerce is seeking a Media Planner - Senior Specialist to join their team in Bangkok. This role is responsible for client success through strategic marketing and media planning.
The Media Planner will be the owner of client's success, responsible for overall client performance and satisfaction. He will work with media optimization team to execute plans to meet budget, targets and deadlines. He will consult and grow client’s businesses by developing data-driven sound online marketing strategies and media plans that meet business objectives, as well as suggest best practices to clients to have best-in-class ecommerce website and identify new opportunities to upsell aCommerce services with current clients.
The Role Involves:
- Planning client roadmaps based on their objectives.
- Setting up work processes.
- Managing client expectations.
- Monitoring budget, performance, and key metrics.
- Providing performance reports.
- Initiating ways to improve client performance and team efficiency.
- Developing online marketing strategies and media plans.
- Identifying new opportunities to upsell aCommerce services.
Requirements Include:
- Experience in client-facing or consulting roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and online marketing media channels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Proactive and professional attitude.
- Experience in ecommerce is a plus.
