aCommerce is seeking a Media Planner - Specialist in Bangkok, Thailand. This role involves taking ownership of client success, planning client roadmaps based on their objectives, and setting up work processes to ensure timely and high-quality task completion. The individual will manage client expectations, monitor budgets and performance metrics, and collaborate with the media optimization team to execute plans. They will also provide performance reports, identify opportunities to improve client performance, and consult with clients to grow their businesses through data-driven online marketing strategies.

Responsibilities involve:

  • Owning client success and satisfaction.
  • Planning client roadmaps based on objectives.
  • Setting up work processes to ensure tasks are completed with good quality and on time.
  • Managing client expectations.
  • Monitoring budget, performance, and key metrics.
  • Providing performance reports with data and analyses.
  • Identifying new opportunities to upsell aCommerce services.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in client-facing or consulting roles such as Account/Project Manager or Sales
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding in Google Analytics as well as online marketing media channels
  • Analytical skills, able to work with data and analyze it to find insights and come up with next steps
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead, manage and execute multiple projects quickly and efficiently
  • Good communication and presentation skills, able to keep every stakeholder aligned and updated
  • Proactive, with the ability to work well independently and as a team
  • Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Experience in e-commerce or managing own shops is a big plus (no need to be an e-commerce site – Instagram, Facebook or any other shops are fine)
