aCommerce is seeking a General Manager - SCM in Bangkok, Thailand. The candidate will be responsible for managing fulfillment operations, including inbound, inventory, outbound, and return processes. The goal is to improve productivity and cost efficiency while exceeding service level agreements (SLAs). The role involves day-to-day operations management, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows in compliance with safety policies and company regulations.
The role involves:
- Managing overall fulfillment operations.

- Documenting and tracking failures/errors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 10+ years’ direct experience in a Manager role in warehouse operations.
- Good in Excel & Good command of English.
- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
- 3+ years management experience in a warehousing or distribution environment.
