A Senior Specialist - Fulfillment role is available in Bangkok, Thailand. The Sr. Operations Inventory Executive will be the main point of contact for the logistics needs of Inventory. S/he will be required to manage day-to-day operations of inventory, especially stock count, VRN, and defective products, in accordance with policies and procedures established by and under the direction of the inventory Manager.
This role involves:
- Managing and monitoring day-to-day inventory operations.
- Leading and motivating the team through effective communication.
- Planning and scheduling operations resources.
- Creating a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
- Documenting and tracking failures/errors.
- Assisting in training and coaching team members.
