aCommerce is looking for a Client Development Associate to join their team in Bangkok. This role focuses on the company's SaaS product, EcommerceIQ, and involves close collaboration with the product management and commercial teams.Responsibilities:
- Planning SaaS client onboarding and growth strategies.
- Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring resolution.
- Developing service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Analyzing statistics and compiling reports.
- Improving customer service experience and facilitating organic growth.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the SaaS experience.
- Optimizing GTM strategy and client growth across channels.
- Working with marketing teams to acquire new clients.
- Identifying risks and implementing preventive measures.
- Recruiting, mentoring, and developing customer service agents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA or higher
- At least 2 years of experience in managing client operations and client success, ideally in a SaaS context.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to process and visualize data.
- Good problem-solving and analytic skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
