aCommerce is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join its EMI analytics team and help design and develop world-class analytical information to support eCommerce businesses across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will collaborate with platform users, business process owners, and other team members to extract, analyze, and visualize data, as well as create feedback loops with stakeholders to continuously improve reports and platform competency.Responsibilities include:
- Developing BI reports to meet business needs
- Monitoring data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency
- Preparing and analyzing data using SQL, Power BI, Excel, and other tools
- Creating and maintaining documentation, including requirements, design, and user manuals
- Developing dashboards to present data clearly and concisely
- Contributing to technical project management
- Leading deep-dive analyses to identify portfolio opportunities and business drivers
- Providing insights and recommendations to business partners
- Identifying areas for improvement and how BI can support them
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
- 3-5 years of experience with a Business Intelligence Tool (e.g., MS Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and/or Python
- Business fluency in English & Thai native speaking
