Senior FP&A Analyst at GR8 Tech

GR8 Tech is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. The company is a global product company providing platforms and business solutions for the iGaming industry. The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports, monitoring financial results, and providing insights to improve company performance.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting FP&A reports and analytics to the Finance team and stakeholders.
• Monitoring financial results against budgets and forecasts.
• Analyzing financial and operational metrics.
• Developing and improving reporting processes and tools.
• Managing the budgeting process.
• Collaborating with financial and cross-functional teams.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Providing regular and ad-hoc financial analysis and support for special projects.
• Supporting the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Good analytical skills.
• Knowledge and practical understanding of IFRSs.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Google sheets and Excel skills.
• Professional training and certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA, CPA).
• Experience with financial software 1C is a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Working proficiency level in English and Ukrainian, both spoken and written.
