Chief Payment Gateway Officer at GR8 Tech

GR8 Tech is seeking a Chief Payment Gateway Officer (CPGO) to spearhead its Payment Gateway division. This senior executive will be responsible for driving operational excellence and growth. The CPGO will focus on optimizing payment systems, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. Key to this role is ensuring seamless payment processes, security, and scalability across global markets.

The role involves:

• Developing and executing a long-term strategy for the payment gateway division.
• Overseeing the design, development, and continuous improvement of payment products.
• Ensuring efficient operation of the payment gateway with high transaction success rates.
• Managing end-to-end integration processes for new payment providers.
• Building and managing a high-performing team.
• Ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.
• Representing the payment gateway division in discussions with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in payments or fintech, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven experience in high-risk payment processing.
• Deep understanding of payment gateway architecture.
• Strong grasp of global regulatory standards (AML, KYC, PCI DSS).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English (required), Ukrainian or Russian (advantage).
• Flexibility to relocate to Cyprus or work closely with management on-site.
