Junior Graphic/UI Designer

Job Description

GR8 Tech is seeking a Junior Graphic/UI Designer to join their team. This role involves taking ownership of visual design tasks, managing graphic assets, and designing promotional materials to boost player engagement.

The Junior Graphic/UI Designer will work closely with project managers and other designers to maintain consistency and quality. They will create color themes for new brands and ensure the visual elements align with the company's brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of various visual design tasks
• Managing and maintaining the company’s graphic assets and standard image packs for product functionality
• Designing engaging promotional materials, including banners, pop-ups, and splash screens, to boost player engagement
• Creating color themes for new brands
• Collaborating closely with project managers and other designers

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise
• Experience working with marketing graphics and adhering to brand guidelines
• Advanced skills in banner design, including working with lighting, reflections, and shadows
• Versatility in adapting to various design styles and techniques
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• At least Intermediate+ English level
• Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian
