Middle Product Designer

Job Description

GR8 Tech, a global product company in the iGaming industry, is seeking a Middle Product Designer. The Product Designer will play a crucial role in crafting and advancing big ideas that resonate with the company's diverse user base across web and mobile app platforms, to create a productive and human experience. He will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and a researcher, solving problems and translating complex ideas into elegant and scalable solutions.Role involves:

• Communicating the user experience through all stages of the design process by creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, presentations, and detailed design specifications
• Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Product Designers, and other business partners to arrive at the best possible solutions
• Searching and finding out the customer's pains and gains

Requirements:

• Proven experience as UI/UX designer for 3+ years
• Proficient in Figma
• Experienced designing and shipping an end-to-end product with complicated flows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases
• Ability to provide design variations
• Ability to organize and communicate your thoughts and motivations for your design choices
• A keen eye for visual UI details
• Love to discuss design in group settings; participate in design critiques and reviews
• Intermediate+ English level
• Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian
