Job Description
GR8 Tech is seeking a Middle Sales Manager to drive outbound lead generation for their Affiliate Platform. The role involves designing and executing sales strategies, actively prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline within the CRM system. The candidate will need to understand GR8 Tech's service offerings and tailor solutions to meet prospect needs, coordinating pre-sales activities to close deals efficiently. They will also cultivate strong business relationships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop market strategies.
  • Designing and executing strategies for outbound lead generation
  • Actively prospecting and building a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Qualifying and managing an accurate sales pipeline on the CRM system
  • Understanding service offerings and tailoring solutions for prospects
  • Coordinating pre-sales activities to close sales on time
  • Cultivating strong business relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identifying new opportunities and delivering innovative solutions
  • Developing market strategies and collaborating with marketing and product teams
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within the iGaming industry
  • Experience in selling B2B iGaming or affiliate marketing SaaS platforms
  • Ability to learn and navigate sales of Affiliate Platform
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Motivated by clear goals and targets
