Senior Sales Manager for LATAM Region (iGaming)

Job Description

GR8 Tech is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the LATAM region to drive business growth within the iGaming sector. The ideal candidate will be a leading figure for GR8 Tech, developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients at the senior management level. This role requires a deep understanding of business strategy to define customer requirements and effectively sell new products in a consultative manner. The Senior Sales Manager will become a product expert on GR8 Tech's wide range of products and solutions, identifying new business targets through research and targeted outreach.Responsibilities include:

• Developing and nurturing senior management-level relationships with potential clients.
• Understanding business strategy and defining customer requirements.
• Becoming a product expert on GR8 Tech's products & solutions.
• Identifying new business targets.
• Creating and managing the sales pipeline.
• Presenting and attending trade shows, events, and conferences.
• Growing markets and providing feedback on products, marketing, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese.
• Significant experience in iGaming B2B sales.
• Commercial mindset and focus on financial performance.
• In-depth knowledge of Sports/Casino/Slots and live casino products and legislation.
• System mindset and communicable skills.
• Comfort working in a rapidly expanding dynamic start-up environment.
• Ability to work remotely with self-motivation.
