  • Assisting in the end-to-end order-to-cash process.
  • Verifying contract details in the ERP system.
  • Analyzing large datasets to support invoicing.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Preparing external audit deliverables.
  • Supporting billings and collections forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with financial principles and billing processes.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting billing data.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Precision in reviewing invoices.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in billing processes.
  • Capability to troubleshoot billing issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
