Interactive Brokers is seeking a motivated Account Application Processing Analyst to join their Application Support Group in Vancouver. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.The role involves processing institutional and retail client applications, reviewing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The analyst ensures regulatory compliance with AML and KYC requirements, follows internal policies, and communicates with clients and sales representatives.Responsibilities:
- Daily processing of institutional and retail client applications
- Review documentation related to new accounts
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance
- Cross-reference multiple databases and ensure regulatory compliance
- Follow regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Communicate with clients and sales representatives
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in Financial Services preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
