Palta is looking for a Head of User Acquisition for Lovi, its AI cosmetologist app. The Head of User Acquisition will be responsible for strategically managing and scaling user acquisition initiatives, particularly through channels like Facebook, Google, Tiktok, ASO/ASA, and web2web funnels within B2C USA/Tier1 markets. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and have experience in hands-on campaign management. They will manage a team of three UA Managers, coordinate external contractors, and collaborate with growth, product, and other teams.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and scaling user acquisition initiatives
  • Developing and managing the UA budget and media marketing mix
  • Implementing innovative acquisition channels
  • Implementing transparent UA reporting
  • Data-driven ad creative testing
  • Implementing MarTech solutions
  • Managing a team of 3 UA Managers
  • Coordinating external contractors and agencies
  • Aligning UA efforts with growth strategy

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Deep understanding of marketing and user acquisition first principles
  • At least five years of experience in user acquisition, with at least $10M annual ad spend managed
  • Experience in leading a team of 3-5 user acquisition managers
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
