Palta is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join Lovi, an AI cosmetologist app focused on helping users evaluate their skin and select skincare programs. The Product Marketing Manager will be part of cross-functional team and will improve the web-to-web funnel and monetization.
Role Involves: - Analyzing the web-to-web funnel to identify areas for improvement.
- Concentrating on acquisition, activation, conversion optimization, retention, average bill, LTV, organic growth, and referral growth.
- Balancing revenue generation with user retention.
- Collaborating with marketing, analysts, engineering, product managers, designers, and UX researchers.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in growth in B2C subscription apps, with expertise in Marketing-led growth, CRO, and paid marketing.
- Proven track record of building engaging storytelling onboardings tailored to different user segments.
- Proven track record of driving growth through market analysis, user research, CRO, and revenue-centric strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to execute under deadlines and accountability for ambitious goals.
- Growth/marketing experimental mindset with a desire to learn and iterate rapidly.
- Highly data-literate approach with a strong revenue growth intuition.
- Confident and clear communication skills.
- Fluency in English (B2+).
