Application Support Group Agent (French & German speaking) at Interactive Brokers

Interactive Brokers Group, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a motivated Application Support Group Agent to join their New Accounts Team in Budapest. This role is pivotal in assisting potential and existing clients with the application process, addressing inquiries about Interactive Brokers' services, and maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor when interacting with clients.

The Application Support Group Agent will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of institutional and retail client applications while adhering to European regulations.

Job Role Involves:

• Processing institutional and retail client applications daily.
• Reviewing documentation related to new account openings per European regulations.
• Corresponding with clients, sales representatives, and client service representatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance.
• Cross-referencing multiple databases and ensuring AML and KYC regulatory aspects are completed.
• Following internal policy and procedures when dealing with various account-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Commercial apprenticeship and/or equivalent experience.
• Self-confident, able to work independently and multitask.
• Fluent in English, with French and German knowledge.
• Basic PC knowledge, Internet navigation.
