OpenEye is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support growth in Latin America. The Regional Sales Manager will promote and sell OpenEye's Web Services video management system to commercial channel partners in the physical security industry. He/She will be a key member of OpenEye's outside sales team and the primary contact for customers on a regional basis.Responsibilities include:
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals via effective territory management
- Delivering new channel partners (Certified and Premier Partners)
- Building relationships with regional accounts, dealers and distribution partners
- Managing the sales efforts, including goal setting and territory management
- Orchestrating the regional development of key national partners
- Preparing for and attending key regional and national trade shows and vertical market shows
- Allocating time to office work to create strategy, set up appointments, complete management reports, and prepares for upcoming presentations and conference calls with sales teams
- Resolving customer issues professionally with internal team
- Performing all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned
Requirements include:
- 5+ years in B2B and B2C technical sales
- Proven track record of closing six-figure enterprise deals
- Experience with enterprise software migration projects
- Background in managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Understanding of corporate procurement processes
- Enterprise Video Management Systems (VMS) knowledge
- Corporate security infrastructure knowledge
- Enterprise software licensing and compliance knowledge
- Business IT systems integration knowledge
- Corporate network security protocols knowledge
