Interactive Brokers is seeking an Associate for its Client Services group in Singapore. This role involves interacting with a diverse range of clients, including professional retail clients, advisors, and broker-dealers, to build and maintain long-term relationships through excellent service.Responsibilities include:
- Handling client inquiries via email, ticket, live chat, and phone.
- Educating clients on proprietary platforms, including trading systems and administrative portals.
- Assisting clients in understanding the entire trading cycle, including funding, transfers, corporate actions, margin, and reconciliation.
- Troubleshooting client issues and collaborating with internal teams like Legal & Compliance, Risk, and IT.
- Strong product knowledge of Equities, Options, Futures, FX.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle stress and work independently.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus).
- Undergraduate degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience at a global financial institution (new graduates with strong competencies will be considered).
- CMFAS 1A, 2A, 6 and 6A licenses preferred or ability to obtain them.
- Prior experience in client services, middle/back office operations, compliance, electronic trading, or fund administration is advantageous.
