OpenEye is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage key accounts and drive new business opportunities across Northern Europe. The Strategic Account Manager will develop long-term relationships with strategic customers and engage with consultants and A&E specialists to promote OpenEye specifications through the channel network. The role involves strategic account management, business development, and solution selling.
Responsibilities include: - Managing a portfolio of key accounts in Northern Europe.
- Developing and executing tailored account strategies.
- Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Collaborating with technical and product teams.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor offerings.
- Representing the company at industry events.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in technology.
- 3 years of “Business to Business” sales experience.
- Strong territory management skills.
- Ability to travel overnight 70% – 85% of the time.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Corporate-level presentation/reporting abilities.
- Technical aptitude.
- Account development skills.
