Job Description
OpenEye is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage key accounts and drive new business opportunities across Northern Europe. The Strategic Account Manager will develop long-term relationships with strategic customers and engage with consultants and A&E specialists to promote OpenEye specifications through the channel network. The role involves strategic account management, business development, and solution selling.
    Responsibilities include:
  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts in Northern Europe.
  • Developing and executing tailored account strategies.
  • Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Collaborating with technical and product teams.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Representing the company at industry events.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in technology.
  • 3 years of “Business to Business” sales experience.
  • Strong territory management skills.
  • Ability to travel overnight 70% – 85% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Corporate-level presentation/reporting abilities.
  • Technical aptitude.
  • Account development skills.
