DevRev is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join their team. DevRev's AgentOS is designed for SaaS companies, integrating support, product, and growth teams into a unified platform.This role involves:
  • Triaging bugs and feature requests.
  • Maintaining constant communication with customers.
  • Analyzing trends and training the DevRev bot.
  • Educating and empowering DevRev users.
  • Answering product questions.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Collaborating with product & engineering teams.
  • Writing customizations.
  • Supporting DevRev users with queries.
  • Building Q&A pairs for the bot.
  • Understanding customer signals and collaborating with customer success teams.
Requirements for the role include:
  • BE/B Tech or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of support experience.
  • Knowledge of ReactJS, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
  • Comfortable with technical conversations.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented.
