DevRev is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join their Customer Experience team. This role involves working directly with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions using the DevRev platform. The Applied AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations, automations, and customizations to integrate DevRev with customer's tech stack and workflows. The ideal candidate will employ their creativity and expertise to ideate and shape how AI, analytics, and workflows are used in customer's processes.Responsibilities include:
  • Designing, developing, and implementing integrations, automations, and customizations.
  • Utilizing AI to solve customer problems, including Generative AI techniques.
  • Working on semantic search engine fine-tuning.
  • Conducting data analysis, writing SQL queries, and building dashboards.
  • Communicating and maintaining feedback loops with stakeholders.
  • Learning new tools and guiding customers through workflows.
Requirements:
  • Software engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on coding experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, APIs, Webhooks, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of vector databases and data embeddings.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English.
  • Result-oriented work style and a learning mindset.
