DevRev is seeking an Account Executive to focus on the SMB market in the US. This role is based in the Buenos Aires, Argentina office and requires in-office presence twice a week. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and working closely with the growth, product, and engineering teams. DevRev's AgentOS is designed for SaaS companies, connecting various teams and reducing the need for multiple business applications.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Driving business opportunities in the US market for SMB and commercial customers.
  • Building outreach to existing rolodex and new opportunities, working with SDRs.
  • Managing customer follow-up and pipeline against quotas.
  • Working with the Growth team to increase product awareness.
  • Nurturing customers to share relevant use cases and gather requirements.
  • Guiding customers through implementation plans and driving paid conversion.
  • Sharing feedback and feature requests with Product and Engineering.
  • Creating content to support the customer journey.
  • Maintaining pipeline data and account information in DevRev's in-house CRM.

Requirements:
  • Experienced Sales Executive with proven track record in SaaS, IT/B2B technology companies, ideally with CRM Industry Knowledge.
  • Experience selling SaaS in the US market or sales background with study/living experience in the US.
  • 2+ years in a closing role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
