Job Description

Educate! is seeking a highly motivated Business Mentor to join their team in Tanzania. This role involves participating in a transformative training program to equip the individual with the skills and knowledge for a career in social entrepreneurship.

The Business Mentor will contribute to Educate!'s mission of preparing youth in Africa to learn, earn, and thrive. The role focuses on creating and leading impactful training programs, building relationships with stakeholders, and mobilizing others for community change.

Role Involves:

• Participating in a 3-week training program in Dar es Salaam.
• Coaching and mentoring teachers and secondary school students.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Mobilizing others to influence meaningful change in the community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education.
• Commitment to a 3-week training in Dar es Salaam.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teachers and secondary school students.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• 35 years and below.
