Interactive Brokers Group is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate to join its APAC Institutional Services group in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for providing service to Interactive Brokers' institutional and enterprise clients, building long-term relationships, and ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Resolving technical, account, and trade-related enquiries via telephone, ticket, and live chat
  • Escalating issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Assisting clients in understanding the trading lifecycle
  • Ad hoc assignments and projects

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Strong familiarity in one or more asset classes
  • Critical thinking and reasoning skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (Mandarin is a plus)

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Prior experience at a large financial institution (or strong grasp of core competencies for new graduates)
  • Licensed with CMFAS 1A, 2A, 6 and 6A or ability to obtain it shortly after onboarding
  • Fluency in productivity applications (e.g. Excel, JIRA/Confluence) is a plus
