ClickUp is seeking a CX Operations Analyst to join their team in the Philippines. In this role, the individual will partner with the Professional Services and Solutions teams, along with senior leadership, to drive scalability and efficiency in key business processes. The CX Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the operating rhythm of the departments and delivering insightful analysis.
Responsibilities:
Implement and improve workflows
Streamline the services quote review and approval processes
Facilitate resource assignment and project setup
Ensure data accuracy through process simplification and automation
Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures
Build and maintain reports and dashboards
Generate reports and conduct ad hoc analyses on key metrics
Support department-level forecasting
Extract business insights from data
Represent department goals in cross-functional collaborations
Manage assigned projects from start to finish
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operations
Strong understanding of SaaS business model and KPIs
Expertise in data management and reporting solutions (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
Experience in rolling out business process improvements
Skilled at cross-functional collaboration
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proven track record of project management
Experience with ClickUp or similar tools is desirable
